I got my hands on the Vaporesso XROS 3, the latest addition to the XROS series of pod vapes. This device can be used for MTL/RDL vaping with regular nicotine or nicotine salt e-juices, and it comes with two different pods – a 0.6Ω mesh pod and a 1.0Ω mesh pod, both with a capacity of 2ml.
One of the major improvements in the XROS 3 is the adjustable airflow slider, which allows for a more customizable vaping experience. The device also features a 1000mAh built-in battery that can be charged with Type-C charging. In this review, I will explore the design, build quality, features, performance, and battery life of the XROS 3, and compare it with the XROS 2 to see what has changed between the two.
Moreover, I will discuss whether it’s worth upgrading to XROS 3 if you already have XROS 2 or if it’s a good choice for first-time XROS buyers. So, let’s dive in and see what the XROS 3 has to offer and if it’s worth the hype.

Build Quality and Design
I was impressed with the build quality right out of the box. This device has a solid feel to it and the button and airflow adjustment slider are well-made. The clear pods are also a nice touch, and everything fits together nicely. Although slightly taller than its predecessor, the XROS 3 is still compact and portable, making it a great option for on-the-go vaping.
In terms of design, the XROS 3 is sleek and simple. The gradient color options, including the sky blue and rose pink editions I received, add a nice touch of flair without being too flashy. The thin LED bar at the base of the device is also a cool feature, which adds a neon rainbow effect while drawing on the device. Overall, the XROS 3 is a well-designed and well-made device that would be a great addition to any vaper’s collection.
The XROS 3 by VAPORESSO is a well-designed and well-made device, with a solid feel and sleek design. It is compact and portable, making it a great option for on-the-go vaping, and the clear pods and gradient color options add a nice touch of flair.
Performance
The VAPORESSO XROS 3 is advertised as a versatile device for both MTL and RDL vaping, and I put it to the test with a variety of e-juices. The 0.6Ω pod is great for MTL vaping with a 6mg freebase nicotine e-juice, while the 1.0Ω pod is perfect for MTL vaping with higher-strength salts. Both pods offer great flavor and longevity, and the draw-activation works well with the airflow settings. The 0.6Ω pod also offers a loose RDL draw, but the draw-activation is not sensitive enough for this style of vaping. Overall, the XROS 3 with COREX tech offers amazing flavor and longevity, making it a great option for vapers.
Both pods offer amazing flavor and longevity with the COREX tech, and the 1.0Ω pod is clearly an MTL pod with a range of airflow settings. The 0.6Ω pod is better suited for MTL vaping, and offers a loose RDL draw with the airflow open. The draw-activation works well with the airflow settings, although it’s not sensitive enough for RDL vaping. With both pods, there’s no drop in performance after vaping multiple e-juices, and the device is backward compatible with all previous XROS pods. Overall, the XROS 3 is a top-tier device that offers great versatility and flavor.
Battery Life
I was impressed with this device’s battery life. I was able to use it continuously for just over 8 hours with two pod refills, and even though it consumed a lot of juice when vaped restrictively, the consistency of flavor and vapor production was not compromised. Even as the battery level dropped and the LED turned from blue to red, the wattage remained steady. The charging time of the device was also fast and as promised, at 55 minutes, although the charging cycle seemed unbalanced with the red LED remaining solid for around 15 minutes before slowly pulsing, which is not something I have observed often.
Moreover, the XROS 3 has an LED bar at the bottom that acts as a battery indicator, showing the battery level through different colors – green for 70-100%, blue for 30-70%, and red for 0-30%. The device charges through the Type-C port at the bottom, and I was able to fully charge it within 50 minutes, which is satisfying considering the impressive battery life it offers. Overall, the XROS 3 is a reliable and efficient device that delivers a consistent vaping experience with good battery life and fast charging time.
The XROS 3 vape device has a 1000mAh battery that lasts for over 8 hours, allowing for 3.5mL of use with the 0.6-ohm pod. The device has an LED battery indicator and a fast Type-C charging time of around 50 minutes.

Conclusion
As someone who vapes, the VAPORESSO XROS 3 has easily become my go-to device. With its sleek design and premium feel, it’s clear that this device is well-made. What I appreciate about this pod vape is the simplicity in its usage, but the minor changes made from its predecessors have delivered an even better experience. The VAPORESSO “Corex Tech” is definitely worth noting as the flavor from both pods is among the best I’ve ever tasted from a pod vape. While it may not be the best device for RDL vaping, the MTL experience is top-notch. With a loose MTL vape using the 0.6Ω pod and the 1.0Ω pod for MTL and nicotine salt e-juices, you’re getting an excellent device with impressive pod life.
The VAPORESSO XROS 3 offers adjustable airflow which makes it an excellent MTL vape and an average RDL vape. The mouthpiece doesn’t heat up quickly, so you get a more comfortable experience when you’re RDL vaping. The COREX pods and the advancements VAPORESSO has made with its coil technology offer impressive flavor throughout the lifespan of the coils. While the LUXE QS remains my favorite device, the XROS 3 offers the option to fine-tune the draw, making it a great device for those who prefer an RDL vape. In conclusion, if you’re searching for a device that offers excellent flavor, great battery life, and long pod life, then the VAPORESSO XROS 3 should definitely be on your list of considerations.
